Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping: We ship across Malaysia. Delivery times typically range from 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Packaging: Your vinyl records are carefully packaged in secure, strong packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

RETURNS

Hassle-Free Returns: If your vinyl arrives damaged or defective, we offer no-question-asked returns. Return Process: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Notes: Please handle your vinyl with care to avoid damage during unboxing.Returns for reasons other than damage will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
